You will learn on the courses specific stretches, yoga postures, exercises and techniques related to the topics being covered and “Yoga Tools” that you can incorporate into your life.
Enjoy a relaxed and informal environment where you will be encouraged to listen and respond to your body and work within a range that you are comfortable with. Learning to modify postures or work harder as required.
